After robbing a bank five assailants are held up in an abandoned building attacking the cops. An all out call for help from the Collinsville Station sends the cops from a neighboring district over to help. Several officers are shot and some are killed during the siege. Officer Cassandra Jenkins was shot and her partner was fatally wounded. She is partnered up with Big Boss to help find the remaining shooter. Once the man is caught and the case is closed she offered to cook him breakfast as a way for them to relax. Not long after, Big Boss realized that making pancakes weren’t the only things Officer Jenkins did well.

After the bank robbery siege of the officers at the Collinsville Station were sent to mandatory counseling. When Mr. Quick goes to see the company shrink he is more than angry to find it is a woman. They take your focus away and cause you to slip in your job because they are fragile and need protecting.
